"State Farm’s web site has had some problems for a long time and is EXTREMELY frustrating to use. Patrick and Jake helped us with the complicated issues we had and successfully helped us with them. It’s always great to deal with someone personally and not a web site/machine/AI. Dealing with people personally is ALWAYS better. Glad we have someone close by on which we can always rely.
